We do not store customer credit card details.
2. Delivery:
We aim to deliver or prepare your order within the time stated at time of ordering, but please be prepared to allow a little extra for busy periods & times of bad weather. We may adjust the original time stated at time of ordering to compensate for this.
3. Refunds/ Cancellations:
If your takeaway order was not delivered, you should contact us straightaway. We will verify and issue a full refund via the payment method used straightaway.
If you wish to cancel an order then it must be done via the app or web page. If an order had been placed and cancelled within 5 minutes of branch receiving order than a full refund will be issued. If order was cancelled after 5 minutes of being received than a 50% refund will be eligible, and after 25 minutes no refund would be allowed. You can phone the branch to confirm that you have cancelled your order.
If a delivery order was attempted at the delivery address and no persons was able to accept the order, even after calling contact number. The order will be deemed delivered, complete and taken back to branch, after that the customer can only collect the order from the branch unless other arrangements have been made.
We may on occasions cancel an order that we cannot complete, we will issue a full refund and contact you straightaway.
Refunds will only be made in the method it was initially done.
